Outdoor fitness / Jogging

"Percorso vita", a marked fitness/jogging trail, starting and ending at the entrance of Monte Verità. A map of the trails is available from CSF onsite.

Ice skating

Ice track "Siberia" in Ascona. Opening time for the public in the afternoon is: 14:00 - 16:30. Ice skates can be rented there.

Swimming pool / Fitness / Wellness

"Lido di Locarno" offers indoor pools and one warm (34°C) outdoor pool for wellness.

The opening hours are: Monday - Sunday: 08:30-21:00 and on Thursday 06:30-20:00.

Squash

The squash court in Losone is reachable on foot from Monte Verità in 15 to 20 minutes. The equipment can be rented onsite. (The courts should be booked).

Tennis

Indoor courts available at the local tennis clubs of Ascona, Locarno, Losone. The equipment can be rented onsite. (The courts should be booked).

Film

At the auditorium of CSF.

Walk / Snow shoes walking

At Cardada on Wednesday afternoon, depending on the weather. Costs for the transportation (bus and cable car) to reach Cardada is approx. CHF 35 per person (back and forth). Additional extra costs for renting the snow shoes. A registration list for those who are interested will be available at CSF.
